M 01 is designed and handmade in our workshop in Morocco. Pieces are produced in small batches, then brought to France where they are prepared and shipped.
M 01 is made from genuine leather. With time and use, the leather can develop a patina, soften and acquire its own nuances.
Every order is prepared with kraft paper, natural twine and the M ATELIER presentation. Gift-ready packaging is included at no extra cost.
Tracked shipping is free within the European Union. Allow around 3–7 business days for mainland France and 5–10 business days for other EU countries.
Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to request a return. For a voluntary return, return shipping costs are your responsibility. For a defect, damage on arrival or our error, contact contact@matelier.fr.
