2. Products
M ATELIER offers leather goods. At launch, M 01 is a genuine-leather cardholder designed and handmade in Morocco, available in Black, Brown and Green, measuring 10.5 × 6.5 cm. Photographs aim to represent the pieces faithfully; natural variations in leather and patina are part of the material’s character.
3. Price
M 01 is sold for €36. Tracked shipping is free within the European Union. M ATELIER currently operates under the French VAT exemption scheme: VAT not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, subject to continued eligibility.
4. Order
The customer selects a colour, adds the product to the cart and completes the order through Stripe. The order becomes final only after payment confirmation. M ATELIER may refuse or cancel an order in the event of obvious error, fraud or unavailability.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Available methods depend on Stripe configuration and may include bank cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other compatible methods. M ATELIER does not directly store sensitive payment card data.
6. Shipping
Shipping is available within the European Union. Mainland France: generally 3–7 business days. Other EU countries: generally 5–10 business days. These times are indicative. M ATELIER selects the carrier and sends tracking information after dispatch.
7. Withdrawal and returns
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies to distance purchases, the customer has the applicable legal period to notify the decision to withdraw. M ATELIER voluntarily extends the return period to 30 days after receipt. For a voluntary return, return shipping costs are borne by the customer. 8. Defect or error
For a defect, damage on arrival or an error by M ATELIER, contact contact@matelier.fr. After review, replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation. Where M ATELIER is responsible, necessary return shipping costs are covered.
9. Statutory warranties
All applicable statutory warranties remain fully applicable. M ATELIER does not add an additional commercial warranty.
10. Promotions
Promotion codes are handled through Stripe. Scratch & Win codes are personal, valid once, valid for 7 days, non-cumulative and have no minimum purchase. Probabilities: 5% = 60%, 10% = 30%, 15% = 10%. One participation per email address every 30 days.
11. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the site privacy policy. Payments are processed by Stripe.
12. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their EU country of residence.
