M ATELIER ships throughout the European Union. Tracked shipping is free. The carrier is selected by M ATELIER according to destination and shipping conditions.
Delivery times
Mainland France: generally 3–7 business days. Other EU countries: generally 5–10 business days. These times are indicative and may vary by destination and carrier.
30-day returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receipt. For a voluntary return, return shipping costs remain your responsibility. The product must be returned complete and properly protected.

Defect or error
If the product is defective, damaged on arrival or we made an error, contact contact@matelier.fr. After review, a replacement or refund may be offered depending on the situation. When M ATELIER is responsible, necessary return shipping costs are covered.
Cancellation before dispatch
A cancellation request can be sent to contact@matelier.fr. If the order has not yet shipped, it can be cancelled and refunded via Stripe. After dispatch, the return process applies.
