Data collected
Depending on use of the site: first name, last name, email, optional telephone number, shipping address, order information, language, technical data required for operation and payment-related information. Sensitive bank card data is handled by Stripe and is not stored directly by M ATELIER.
Purposes
To process and deliver orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, manage returns, send transactional emails, deliver the requested Scratch & Win reward and, only with consent, send one abandoned-cart reminder.
Scratch & Win
To limit entries to one per email address every 30 days and reduce abuse, M ATELIER may use the email address, strictly necessary local storage and a technical signal linked to the IP address. IP is not used as the sole criterion and is not used for advertising.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses mechanisms strictly necessary for the cart, language choice, security and Scratch & Win operation. No advertising pixels, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Analytics are installed at launch.
Recipients
Data may be transmitted only to service providers necessary for the service, including Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting and technical storage, the configured transactional email provider and carriers for delivery.
Retention
Data is retained for the periods necessary for the relevant purposes and applicable legal obligations. Scratch & Win anti-abuse signals are limited to what is strictly necessary. Promotion codes expire after 7 days.
